Northwind helps freelancers send invoices and get paid in days, not weeks. The product worked, but the brand felt generic and the app had grown messy after four years of quick releases.
We rebuilt the identity around one calm symbol and a warm sand accent, then redesigned the app and the website on a single shared design system. Onboarding time dropped by half and app-store ratings rose to 4.8.
